• Day 1: Arrival & Welcome

  – Arrive at the Maasai Mara via your private group transfer to Mara Chui Resort.
  – Check in and gather for a welcome briefing.

  – Enjoy a group lunch at the resort’s restaurant.
  – Relax or take a guided nature walk around the property to get acquainted with the Mara landscape.

  • Evening:
  – Join a group sundowner session overlooking the Mara plains.
  – Savor a group dinner under the stars, sharing travel stories with fellow guests.
  – Overnight at Mara Chui Resort.

  OR

  Simba & Oryx Nature Camp

  • Morning:
  – Arrive at the Maasai Mara as a group via private vehicle to Simba & Oryx Nature Camp.
  – Check in and join a brief welcome orientation explaining the camp’s amenities and planned group activities.

  • Afternoon:
  – Enjoy a group lunch at the camp’s dining area.
  – Participate in a short guided nature walk or a relaxed group talk about the local wildlife.

  • Evening:
  – Gather for a communal sundowner with panoramic views of the Mara.
  – Enjoy a group dinner served at the camp, sharing first impressions of the Mara.
  – Overnight at Simba & Oryx Nature Camp.

• Day 2: Safari & Cultural Immersion

  Early Morning:
  – Gather for a hearty group breakfast at the resort.
  – Depart on an early morning game drive in a group 4×4 (optional mini-group splits can be arranged) to observe wildlife and the stunning Mara ecosystem.

  • Midday:
  – Return to the lodge for a group lunch and some leisure time.
  – Optional: Attend a short cultural session or visit a nearby Maasai village (subject to availability).

  • Afternoon/Evening:
  – Embark on a late afternoon game drive, followed by a scenic stop for a group photo.
  – Return to the resort for a relaxing group dinner.
  – Optional: Enjoy a campfire or storytelling session before overnight stay.

• Day 3: Wrap-Up & Departure

  Morning:
  – Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and a final group walk or reflection session by the lodge.
  – Check out and transfer back to the airport for your onward journey.
